We guarantee every item we sell against material or workmanship defects for 30 days from the date of arrival (estimated 5 days after shipping.) This covers stitching and seams, elastics, or if any of the product’s components come undone or unattached.


For your items to be eligible for return, they must meet the following criteria with NO EXCEPTIONS:

  • Item/s must have been purchased directly from Rumparooz.com. Products purchased on clearance, diaperswappers, or any other third party are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or manufacturer's warranty.
  • Proof of purchase or an invoice/packing slip copy must be included in your return package.
  • Item/s must be returned to us unused (other than being tried on) and unwashed. Due to the nature of the product, we absolutely cannot refund/exchange items that have been used and/or washed. 
  • If you are returning a defective product, the item/s must be clean, and dry before it is sent back to us. For safety reasons, we will not handle items that are soiled, smelly or wet. 
  • Products purchased with free items must be returned complete with free items.


RETURNS FOR REFUND
If you would like to return for refund non-defective products, we will give a refund less a 10% restocking fee or exchange any product provided it is returned to us in an unused (other than being tried on), unwashed and in a re-sellable condition. Items must be accompanied by the original packing slip or any proof of purchase from the Rumparooz.com website. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to make the purchase. 

EXCHANGES
The restocking fee will not be charged on the first exchange. Subsequent exchanges will be charged a 10% restocking fee. If you would like to exchange non-defective products, we will exchange any product provided it is returned to us in an unused (other than being tried on), unwashed and in a re-sellable condition. Items must be accompanied by the original packing slip or any proof of purchase.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
For defective products, we will assess and correct the defect if at all possible with the original item.  If the original item is unable to be fixed, we will exchange or replace faulty or defective products with an exact same product, color and size. Unless your original item is no longer available, we will then replace the item with a comparable item of your choice. If you believe you received a product with a manufacturing defect, please be prepared to send in the product so that we can correct the problem immediately. Because we have no control over how our products are used, we do not cover leaks, offensive odors, buildup, fading, color bleeding, normal wear and tear or stains. As soon as we receive your returned package, your refund will be processed or your exchanged or replacement items will be sent out within 5-10 business days unless otherwise discussed.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if it is not in any condition to be resold, has been washed, contains smell of essential oils/perfume, smoke, etc. or that have been soiled. Items sent back to us that fall beyond our return/exchange policy will not be sent back unless you make arrangements for us to ship it back to you at your own expense. You will be notified by mail or email of the status of your return.
